Realtor Membership Agreement & Acknowledgment

Women’s Realty Village (“WRV”) is a community created to connect and support women building businesses in and alongside real estate. By joining WRV, I understand and agree to the following:

Participation & Professional Conduct

WRV is built around connection, collaboration, professional support, and shared resources. I agree to participate respectfully, professionally, ethically, and in a way that supports the spirit of the Village.

I understand that membership does not guarantee referrals, leads, clients, transactions, business opportunities, or financial results.

Independent Businesses & Referrals

WRV members and partners are independent professionals and businesses. WRV does not employ, supervise, control, or guarantee the work, advice, products, or services of any member or partner.

There is no requirement or expectation to refer business to another member or partner. Any referrals, recommendations, introductions, or business relationships that develop through WRV are made independently and voluntarily by the individuals involved.

As a licensed real estate professional, I remain responsible for following my brokerage policies, licensing requirements, applicable laws and regulations, and my professional and fiduciary obligations to clients.

Community & Confidentiality

I agree to respect the privacy of other members and will not share confidential, personal, client, or business information from within the Village without appropriate permission.

WRV reserves the right to discontinue a membership when participation, conduct, or overall fit is no longer consistent with the purpose, expectations, or professional standards of the Village.

Membership, Payment & Cancellation

WRV membership is offered on a month-to-month basis. While members may cancel as needed, we highly encourage allowing at least three months of active participation to experience the connections, resources, and support the Village is designed to provide.

Membership fees are due according to the selected payment arrangement and provide access to WRV benefits while the membership remains active. A member may cancel their membership on a month-to-month basis, and WRV may also discontinue a membership when it determines that continued participation is no longer the right fit for the Village.

Acknowledgment

By completing my membership, I accept this agreement and acknowledge that I have read and understand these terms and agree to participate in Women’s Realty Village accordingly.
